Yoga for breast cancerA yoga class developed especially for those who have had breast cancer. This special class has been developed in conjunction with physiotherapists especially for those who have undergone or are currently undergoing treatment for breast cancer. Deep relaxation allows you to fully and deeply relax, to allow healing and to counter the stress in your life. Yoga postures and conscious breathing allow you to work at your own level to get your body to its optimal level of health and wellbeing. Meditation is an important adjunct to the healing process and allows a deeper experience of self and the universe. Sometimes life changing events such as cancer prepare us to be more open to the deeper meaning of our existence.
