This course was developed by Sri Jani Baker after meditating and contemplating over 20 years, and is taught under licence. It offers many practical tools and suggestions, and whether or not you are used to a short period of meditation in yoga classes, you will find great benefits from this deeper work!! This is a great way to kick-start your home meditation practice too. There are no new age concepts, just methods to assist you to experience stillness. No previous yoga or meditation practice is required, and you don't have to sit on the floor either (unless you want to).
