What was your 2021 like? What do you hope 2022 will bring your way?

For me, I always find myself optomistic at the beginning of the year! The start of the journey, the huge array of possibilities in front of me. And I look on the last year charitably - a little more challenging during a pandemic certainly!

But I loved the extra time to do study and learn new things. I loved being able to keep in touch with other yogis, and to see people anew whenever we could come back out of lockdown.

Let me know your favourite thing about last year below!
