It’s catching on – more and more people are realising the incredible benefits of a regular mindfulness practice. But it can be hard to get started. This course is tailored specifically to help you embrace this wonderful practice and integrate it into your life.
Over the four weeks you will be supported to establish a mindfulness practice. Specific techniques will be taught to help you learn how to foster more mindfulness during meditation and in everyday life. Some theory will also introduce the main principles of mindfulness.
