Supported Restorative Yoga

Supported restorative yoga is a much needed practice in our busy lives. We use props such as bolsters, blankets etc. to support the body in the poses and this in turn supports wellbeing and healing.

 Specific times in your life when supported restorative yoga is especially useful include:
